中文摘要 | 本研究旨在建立客觀的液體吸收性評估技術,主要包括液體吸收量、擴散速率及逆滲性,液體注入的流速設定在7ml/s,並針對A、B、C三種不同纖維組成結構的試樣,進行液體吸收性的評估。 經實驗發現A試樣液體吸收後厚度增加最多,C試樣逆滲量最大,B試樣則在吸收量及擴散速率方面較高,在逆滲量方面較小,綜合評估之下以B試樣具有較高的實用性能,此表示液體吸收性評估技術可以明確分別出吸收性紡織品的使用性能。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is trying to establish an objective evaluation technology of liquid absorption. It includes the liquid absorptive weight, diffusion and wet back. With flowing rate of dosing liquid is 7ml/s, also compare the performance of liquid absorption of three different fabric constructions. The experiment results have found that the sample A has large thickness change after absorbed. The sample C has large wet back that is poor. And the sample B has large absorptive weight and diffusion, but it has small wet back that is good. So the sample B has good performance of absorption. It shows that the objective evaluation technology of liquid absorption could assess the performance of absorption actually. |
