中文摘要 | 本研究以常用於成衣拷克的三線、四線及五線拷克車,針對梭織在針織二種不同織物進行拷克縫合,並變化其縫線的組會型式與針密,以探討不同的縫合條件對拷克縫合其抗拉性質之影響。實驗數據經單因子變異數分析與獨立樣本T檢定等統計方活檢測結果顯示,使用加工紗縫線組合型式的拷克縫合可穫得較大的縫合強力與縫合拉伸率;拷克縫合強力與縫合拉伸率會隨著縫合針密的增加而增加;拷克縫合強力與縫合拉伸率亦因織物的不同而有顯著之差異。 |
英文摘要 | This article is focused on the overlock seam of three, four, and five threads. To study the tensile properties of overlock seam, different thread types and stitch density on weaving and knitting fabrics were used. Moreover, in order to know the difference of seam condition, the data of experiment was analyzed by one-way ANOV A and independent samples t-test. The results revel that the thread type formed by textured yam can get better seam tenacity; the seam tenacity and seam tensile strains are increased with the addition of stitch density of overlock seam. The seam tenacity and seam tensile strains of overlock are apparently different because different fabrics influence them. |
