中文摘要 | 本研究企圖以IDEFO方法來解析A公司的產品研發流程,期使公司員工皆能對其角色定位有清楚的認知,以增進各部門間的溝通協調、減少工程設計變更(Engineering Change Notes: ECN)次數、縮短產品開發上市時間、減少產品後續維護費用,並使各部門資源得以妥善運用;以團隊方式全盤考量各流程可能發生的問題,並在設計階段即將問題解決。整個產品研發流程可分為三個階段,首先是產品企劃階段,先做此產品相關的市場調查,了解市場需求,以訂定產品規格、行銷策略及研發時程表。第二階段則是進行設計認證,將新產品構想具體化,並進行相關認證作業。第三階段則是小量試產,實際的將新產品產出,並確認所有的作業指導書,成為大量生產的規範。本研究期望利用IDEFO方法分析結果,使用在A公司内部,藉以控制及改善新產品研發流程,提昇A公司市場競爭力。 |
英文摘要 | In this research, we attempt to solve product development problems by using IDEF0 methodology and information Technology (IT). In order to improve communication and self-recognition of each department, a systematic approach is employed to accomplish the following objectives: (1) reducing Engineering Change Notes (ECNs), (2) shortening product development time, (3) decreasing maintenance cost, and (4) allocating resources. This approach involves a wide spectrum of engineering disciplines, such as design, process planning, manufacturing, assembly, supplier, etc. Business Process Engineering requires the sharing of information among multiple engineering throughout the product life cycle. In the development of product design, the process can be divided into three steps: (1) Product planning and market survey stage, (2) realize concept design stage, and (3) a small batch production stage. In this research, we have presented a new method for modeling product design process using IDEF0 methodology. Finally, we also provided an application model to verify the feasibility of new methodology for a company. |
