中文摘要 | 本研究目的在建立評估專項肌耐力的最佳模式-「連續垂直跳測驗」,受試對象為 國立體育學院羽球代表隊男生 14 名、女生 4 名,共計 18 名, 平均身高為 168 ± 7.06 公分、體重 66.86 ± 9.25 公斤、腿長 99.67 ± 5.20 公分。受試者盡全力在測力板上進 行連續一分鐘垂直跳,分析運動後 3、5、7、9 分鐘的血乳酸濃度,及羽球四角移動步法專 項肌耐力的測驗。經皮爾遜積差相關法考驗結果發現:羽球四角移動步法成績與運動後最大 血乳酸值之相關達顯著水準( r=.56; P<.05 ), 連續一分鐘垂直高度 0..15 ∼ 45..60 秒、15..30 ∼ 45..60 秒的斜率及下蹲重心最低高度 0..15 ∼ 15..30 秒的斜率與肌耐力 之相關達顯著水準( P<.05 ), 連續一分鐘垂直跳地面反作用力 0..15 ∼ 30..45 秒、 0..15 ∼ 45..60 秒、 15..30 ∼ 45..60 秒的遞減率及下蹲重心最低高度 0..15 ∼ 30..45 秒的遞減率與肌耐力之相關達顯著水準( P<.05 ),同時透過多元回歸求得預測公 式為: 1.肌耐力= -7.775E-02 (地面反作用力 0..15 秒∼ 45..60 秒區間的遞減率)+ 31.70。2.肌耐力= -9.094E-02 (地面反作用力 0..15 秒∼ 45..60 秒區間的遞減率) + 16.061 (高度 15..30 秒∼ 45..60 秒的區間的斜率)+ 27.152。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to create a best model to assessing specific muscle endurance-- 「 Tests of Continuous vertical jumps 」.22 plays (16 males and 6 females) was recruited as subjects form varsity badminton team of the National College of Physical Education and Sport, with height, weight and thighs length of 168 ± 7.06 cm, 66.86 ± 9.25 kg and 99.67 ± 5.20 cm, respectively. This execution of continuous 1 minute vertical jump on force platform, with blood samples were collected at rest, immediately after jumps, and 3, 5, 7, 9 minute of recovery and analyed for LA, with footwork of tetragon to move in muscle endurance of badminton specific. Pearson product-moment correlation was employed to analysis questionnaire data. The main findings are as follows: footwork of tetragon to move were significantly correlated to the maximum blood lactate after exercise (r=.56; p<.05), muscle endurance were significantly correlated to the continuous 1 minute vertical jump that slope of height in 0..15 ∼ 45..60sec(r=.51; p<.05), 15..30 ∼ 45..60sec (r=.50; p<.05) with to the lowest height of center gravity in 0..15 ∼ 15..30sec(r=.49; p<.05), to the decline of ground reactive force in 0..15 ∼ 30..45sec(r=.50; P<.05), 0..15 ∼ 45..60sec(r=.54; p<.05), 15..30 ∼ 45..60sec(r=.50; p<.05) with to the lowest height of center gravity in 0..15 ∼ 30..45sec(r=.47; p<.05). The best multiple regression equation of predict muscle endurance were: 1. Muscle endurance=-7.775E-02(Decline of the interval between the ground reactive force in 0..15sec ∼ 45..60sec)+31.70。 2. Muscle endurance=-9.094E-02(Decline of the interval between the ground reactive force in 0..15sec ∼ 45..60sec)+16.061(Slope of the interval between the height in 15..30sec ∼ 45..60sec)+27.152. |
