中文摘要 | 國內鎂合金成形產業並非成熟產業,良品率不易提昇是最大致命傷。以目前主力產品鎂合金筆記型電腦外殼而言,國內廠商的良品率平均只有50%左右,短期內若良品率無法有效率提昇,成本便不可能下降,甚至無法如期如質交貨,以後鎂合金廠商便很難獲得具規模的訂單。 短期內要求鎂合金成形廠技術提昇,以完全符合NB廠的品質要求,恐怕是相當困難,因為NB廠通常以從前塑膠製品的規範來要求鎂合金業者,對鎂合金金屬材料的特性與成形條件的限制,並不十分了解。 本方案的提出目在促進NB廠、鎂成形廠及模具廠的良好互動,期望能夠一起共同提昇鎂合良率,降低成本,創造整體的國際競爭力,走出一條康莊大道。 |
英文摘要 | Since the domestic magnesium forming industry is not regarded as saturated industry, the yield rate is not easy to upgrade is the largest drawback to this industry. In terms of magnesium for NB computer cover with current productivity, the average yield rate of domestic manufacturers is only 50%. If the yield rate cannot effectively be increased within short term, the cost is certainly unable to reduce and further delay the delivery time. It is therefore difficult for magnesium alloy manufactures to acquire the orders with certain scale. It is very difficult for magnesium forming plants to improve the technology of magnesium die casting in meeting the required quality of NB company in short time. The NB companies require the high quality specification set for previous plastic products to magnesium forming industry as they don't fully realize the characteristics of magnesium alloy materials and limitation of forming conditions. This paper aims to facilitate the sound interactions among NB company, magnesium forming plants and mold plants with hope of upgrading the yield rate of magnesium alloy, lowering cost and eventually creating the competitiveness in the world market. |
