中文摘要 | T. C. 螺栓(TORQUE CONTROL BOLT)與T. S. 螺栓(TORQUE SHEAR BOLT)是為同一類型之高張力螺栓,其別於一般用之高張力螺栓。 乃在其螺栓之尾端成型有一直齒狀尾端,而利用此直齒狀尾端破斷扭矩,用以控制螺栓與螺帽鎖緊時所需之鎖緊軸力。T. C. 螺栓是從1970年開始生產使用,由於它具有: 1. 鎖緊時不必具有熟練技術亦可輕易完成作業,縮短施工作業之時間。 2. 精密的溝槽設計,使其破斷時,可得準確鎖緊軸力。 3. 尾端溝槽破斷時即表螺栓已完成鎖緊,以自視即可檢查鎖緊作業是否完成。 具有上述優點,因此,於鋼骨結構設計上,已被廣泛使用。不管是F8T, F10T, F11T或A325, A490等高張力螺栓,均設計改良成T. C. 螺栓同類可之高張力螺栓是目前鋼骨結構設計之潮流。 |
英文摘要 | Torque Control Bolt (T. C. Bolt) and Torque Shear Bolt (T. S. Bolt) are the same type of high tension bolts and they are different from common high tension bolt because there are straight teeth at the end of bolt which are used to break torque to controlling the coupling shaft strength. T. C. Bolt has been produced and used since 1970 with the following advantages. 1. The operation time can be reduced as it is easily tightened. 2. The recess groove design and precise coupling strength can be obtained when bolt is broken. 3. The visual inspection can be used to check the operation. Therefore it is widely applied in the steel structure. F8T, F10T F11T and A325, A490 high tension bolts have been modified to T. C. Bolts in meeting the trend of steel structure design. |
