中文摘要 | 本實驗結果顯示:(1)雷射焊接中鋼SPCC-CQ1冷軋鋼板,填料間隙過大,會比無間隙焊接之鋼板CTOD值低很多,填料間隙最好控制在<0.3mm內。(2)CTOD值受焊道晶粒大小,變態組織影響甚大,晶粒細小δ□:愈大,變態組織愈是兼具強度與韌性的組織,其δ□愈大。(3)焊線送線速度過快,焊道接合效果不佳反而不利於CTOD。 |
英文摘要 | The result of the study CTOD on laser welding adding with filler is showing as follow: (1) The Filler gap is a important factor in CTOD. It require to control less than 0.3mm. (2) The CTOD is mostly affected by grain size, transformation structure in welding region, It is large when grain size is smaller, similarly, It is larger when interior structure more like Bainite structure combining with strength and toughness. (3) The CTOD is disadvantage for quick welding velocity, because the effect of welding joint is insufficient. |
