中文摘要 | 台灣近幾年來在政治、經濟、社會等環境的變化,為國內企業帶來投資環境的大變。然而,海外投資經營環境比起國內環境,更充滿複雜性與困難性,除了經濟、政治與技術的考量外,人力資源亦是一項重要的因素。本研究以東亞諸國(包括:日本、新加坡、香港、泰國、馬來西亞、菲律賓、印尼、越南、大陸及台灣)為研究對象,藉由國內外人力資源學者專家意見的彙整,提出一有效的衡量指標。透過層級分析法求算出各構面指標之權重,及利用模糊綜合評判方法,來解決屬性訊息無法量化的問題,以建構出完整的人力資源衡量模式,比較各國人力資源狀況及對各國人力資源滿意程度。 結果顯示 受訪者對各國人力資源滿意程度依序為: 日本、新加坡、香港、越南、馬來西亞、菲律賓、泰國、印尼、大陸及台灣。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, economic and social changes in Taiwan have brought drastic impacts upon the investment environment. A lot of companies try to invest in nearby countries. The business and management practices in foreign countries are comparatively more complex and tougher than those in Taiwan. On the other hand, besides economic, political and technical factors, manpower resource is another vital element has to be taken into consideration. This research focuses on human resource conditions of countries in Eastern Asia (Including: China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan). By combining the opinions of foreign and domestic scholars and experts in human resource, this research has come up with an efficient measurement index. By using analytic hierarchy process, weights of human resource conditions for each country were computed. And by using fuzzy synthetic referee of indefinite synthesis, the satisfaction level of the human resource in each country was calculated. The results showed that the satisfaction levels for those ten countries on human resource conditions were in the following order: Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, The Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, China, and Taiwan. |
