中文摘要 | 掌握市場契機,確認生產產能,縮短反應時間,是所有訂單式生產廠商於做是否 接單之決策時的基本要求。然而,在傳統的接單決策模式中,除了採行由業務部門接單後再 交由生產部製造之線性決策模式外,大都偏在考量如定貨數量、交期等數量化之決策因素, 但是對於如客戶重要性、原料價格波動趨勢等定性的因素,則大都付之闕如。本研究之目的 乃是利用並行工程之架構,以乏晰理論為基礎,透過公告版模式與網路技術之整合,結合顧 客信譽、長期合作性、原料價格波動、銀行利率變動、固定成本、原料缺貨率、人員產出率 、以及設備產出率,發展出一接單決策支援系統,輔助決策者針對顧客所下訂單,提出整體 聚合性的可行性評估,以有效縮短決策時間與提昇決策品質。 |
英文摘要 | To grasp all market chances, control manufacturing capacities, and reduce production lead time, are the fundamental requirements for all make-to-order type of manufacturing industries while evaluating the feasibility for accepting an order from the customers or not. However, for the traditional linear decision pattern which focuses only on the quantitative constraints such as order size and due date fails to include qualitative constraints, such as customer importance, raw material price fluctuation, etc. This research develops a decision support system (DSS) which is able to provide aggregate suggestion of the feasibility for taking a production order. The DSS incorporates concurrent engineering-based organization and network architecture and fuzzy control theorem by considering both quantitative and qualitative decision factors, such as customer credibility, long term partnership, raw material price fluctuation, prime rate variation, fixed cost investment, material shortage rate, labor productivity, and facility throughput. |
