中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討臺灣與日本教育改革的背景、歷程與動向,並加以比較兩國教育改革的相同處與相異處,就比較的結果,提出意見與建議。在教育改革背景與目的方面:兩國皆是在因應家庭功能的不彰,去除升學壓力的弊害,以培養學生日常生活的能力為主。但我國因政治的開放下,改革腳步很快;日本則是針對校園暴力、道德沉淪問題,舉行一連串持續性的改革。在教育改革動向方面:兩國皆注重生活教育、家庭教育、終身學習、提高師資,但不同的是,日本改革步伐較保守穩健,並要求校長發揮領導力主持校務;而我國注重權力下放,且常因改革快速,決策變化亦多。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper were tried to dissect the background, history, trends of education reform in Taiwan and Japan, some compare about distinction and sameness were done, and the results were advised. Both countries have it following action in the education reform background and reform objective phase: effort to enhance the family function, remove the learning pressure came from entrance test, foster the livelihood ability of students. Since the opening gate in Taiwan's political affairs, so the reform step was fast. One sequential education reform was focused to solve the problem in school violence and falling down in morality in Japan. In the trends of education reform phase, both countries pay attention to livelihood education, family education, life-long learning, increase the quality of teaching, but the main difference was the reform step was stability and conservative in Japan, simultaneously the principal was requested to developing the ability of lead to handle the school affairs; Since attach importance to release power in the school affairs in Taiwan, at the same time the reform step was fast, consequently the changing in policy decision was frequently. |
