英文摘要 | In this paper, we scheduler the work-piece to be cut on the lathe into several specified cutting conditions with different cutting depth, and measure the noise during the lathing process to observe the relationship between the noise and the cutting depth of the work-piece. We also adopt the model GM (1,1) of Grey prediction theorem to test and verify this relationship. Both results of the experiment and the prediction indicate that the average noise increases as the cutting depth of the work-piece become larger, and the prediction error is small when the noise is measured in dB. This indicates that the model GM (1,1) of Grey prediction theorem is sutiable for predicting the relationship between the created noise and the cutting depth of the work-piece in the lathing process. |
