英文摘要 | After industry revolution, machine takes place of human power as well as plentiful food supply, which result in too much energy being stored in human body in the way of fat, and then various chronic diseases increases gradually. At present time, the most threatening thing to our health is not such spreading diseases like cholera or typhoid fever but some chronic diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart blood vessels diseases, which are deeply related with the lacking of sports performing. Sport can improve physical fitness, strengthening heart blood vessels, bone, muscle and internal seoretion system, etc.. We may consume unnecessary energy, decrease fat storing or getting fat. Meanwhile, physical function is thus improved, and the chances of chronic diseases are reduced, which are greatly helpful to the maintenance of health. |
