中文摘要 | 中華電信即將開放數十個網路 POI ( Point Of Interface )局,提供為民營電 信業者之網路與中華電信網路介接之用; 如此中華電信網路,將經由 SS7 方式與多家業者 之交換系統(如:MSC ……)直接相連,其中涵括了除中華現行三家三系統外,更不乏其他 廠牌之系統(如:易利信)。對中華電信而言,除了要面對已經完整測試之本公司網路外, 同時要面對其他公司之系統;在網路技術上亦不可不視為全新的衝擊。相對的,對民營電信 業者而言,POI 局網路互連之成功與否,亦決定其營運之成敗。故,如何在可行網路環境下 ,以雙方皆公平對等之原則,迅速、切實進行網路互連測試,並達成雙方對彼此網路之了解 及穩定性之提升,即是本文探討與規劃之內容。 |
英文摘要 | About two decades network POIs (Point Of Interface) of Chunghwa Telecom are going to be supported for network inter-connection between NCC (New Coming Carrier) and Chunghwa. Thus, the telecommunication network that operated by the only one commpany (Chunghwa) will connect directly to many other NCC's switching system (eg., MSC) by SS7. The systems connection for POI include not only 5ESS, S1240, TC-5 which are used by Chunghwa network now, but also other new system (e.g., Ericsson MSC). In point of Chunghwa network considering this difficulty, not only Chunghwa must maintian its own network that had been tested and verified completly but also face other NCC'S system. It is quite a new impact to Chunghwa in network technique. Relatively, whether POI connection works well or not will decide the success of NCC's operation. To the summary, how to test the network inter-connection in POI efficiently and practically to increase network quality under the consideration of network environment and detachment is what we described in this paper. |
