中文摘要 | 錄影帶在語言教學上頗受歡迎,但在台灣,評鑑兒童英語錄影帶並不多見。本文 作者為彌補此缺憾,評鑑市面上兒童英語錄影帶,找出優缺點。六位師院生在大生的教育實 習時,與各自的一班國小學生一起觀看一卷錄影帶,事後並作錄影帶評鑑之問卷,師院生另 外必須觀察小學生的反應。結果顯示,多元活動、有趣人物、相關作業、統整主題、互動及 中英文字幕為重要特質,影響其喜好該錄影帶的程度。此研究可供英語教師教學參考。 |
英文摘要 | Videos are a kind of multimedia popularly sued for language teaching. However, not much evaluation of children's ELT videos has been done in Taiwan. San overview of six children's ELT videos was presented in this paper in order to bridge such a gap. The researcher intended to find out advantages and disadvantages of the videos in the market. Six college students led six groups of elementary school students to watch and evaluate six videos respectively. In addition, the college students had to observe their elementary school student in the process of watching the video. All the subjects were provided with a questionnaire about the video, and the six college students also evaluated the videos with the same questionnaire. Results showed that various activities, interesting characters, related materials, useful themes, interaction, and English and Chinese subtitles were impressive qualities of these videos, which might be taken as a reference for making the choice of appropriate ELT videos. |
