中文摘要 | 國科會國家實驗動物繁殖及研究中心生產高品質無特定病原(specific pathogen free)大小鼠。自83年7月至86年6月已提供全國10萬隻以上大小鼠,其中SD大鼠、Wistar 大鼠、ICR小鼠占供應量82.5%以上。本研究以此常用三種品系於7,10,18,及52週齡,分別 取公母各25-30隻,以2×4因子設計進行變異數分析。以心臟採血方式測定20種血漿生化值, 並分析其週齡,性別間是否有差異性,以供使用學者參考。結果顯示,血總蛋白值,血白蛋白及 三酸甘油脂(僅大鼠)隨年齡增加而升高。血清鹼磷□,隨年齡增加而減少。平均血中澱粉□, 雄鼠高於雌鼠。大鼠總膽紅素,直接膽紅素,血清鹼磷□,麩胺酸丙酸及醋酸轉氨□,及磷等, 雄鼠高於雌鼠。 |
英文摘要 | The National Laboratory Animal Breeding and Research Center (NLABRC) produced and provided high quality, specific pathogen free (SPF) rats and mice to all researchers and teaching needs on Taiwan. More than one hundred thousand SPF rats and mice had been supplied to the users nationwide during the period from July 1994 to June 1997. Among those animals sold. Sprague Dawley CD (Crl: CDR (SD) BR) rats, Wistar (Crl: (WI) BR) rats and ICR (Crl: CD-1R ICR) BR) mice accoonted for more than 82.5%, and these animals were the most common three stocks/strains used for biomedical research on this island. The present study was designed to establish a clinical chemistry data base for these three stocks. The experiment was carried out by 2x4 factorial design, and each group included 25 to 30 animals per sex (male and female) per age (7,10,18,52 weeks). All blood samples were collected via cardiac puncture following carbon dioxide asphyxiation and analyzed for twenty plasma chemistries. For each parameter, the mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation were calculated. Differences and trends between sex and age of all parameters were evaluated in order to set a criteria of research animal selection. The results indicated that a statistically significant increase in total protein, albumin, and triglyceride were noted in rats, but a decrease in alkaline phosphatase both in rats and nice with advancing age. The average amylase in the male rats and mice was higher than in fenales. Total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, phosphorus, aspartate aminotranserase, and alanine aminotransferase were also generally higher in the male rats. |
