英文摘要 | This paper explores the administration of employee benefit programs in large organizations, and examines how the recent changes in these programs and policies would affect workers in the business and industry. The focus of this paper is two key trends: the first is the movement toward more flexible benefit packages, "cafeteria" plans that allow employees to customize their benefit packages to meet their own demographic profiles and lifstyle needs. The second is the proposed reform of the nation's health care system, which will probably bring mandatory health care coverage to every U.S. citizen. |
