中文摘要 | 在全球資訊網的快速發展下,利用網路電子報作為取得相關資訊的工具愈來愈為人所接受,而其使用的頻率亦隨著大眾的熟悉度而日漸增加。因為網路電子報具備快速、即時、互動等特性,可以滿足閱聽者對知識情報等的快速獲取之要求,所以若能有效掌握閱聽者的動向與需求,是電子報經營成功的重要因素之一,並很有可能可以透過現有的廣大閱聽眾,進一步創造商機。 本研究透過網路問卷,在全球資訊網上針對國內電子報閱聽者進行調查,並利用統計相關性及變異數等分析工具,確認電子報閱聽者的人口特徵、使用習慣與需求、以及在資料檢索與互動上之看法及態度等。本研究整理分析電子報閱聽者對於目前報業提供的電子報與相關服務的態度與看法,並進而對電子報業者或預期進入者等提出相關建議,期望有利於相關業者提供更好的服務。 |
英文摘要 | With the rapid development of the World Wide Web, people use the electronic newsletters as the tool for acquiring information. The frequency of use is also increased for its familiarity to the public. Since the electronic newsletters have the properties of speed, real-time, and interactivity, they satisfy the requirements of the audience of obtaining knowledge and information instantly. To realize the will and demands of the audience play the important role of the success for the electronic newsletters. Further, it also might be possible to create some commercial opportunities with the members of the audience. Questionnaires responses were collected form the audience of the electronic newsletters through the World Wide Web. Applying the statistics relevant analysis and ANOVA as the analytical methods, we identified the population characteristics, behaviors and requirements of the audience, and attitudes toward the data search and interactivity. The study provided the preferences of the audience for the existing or the expecting services. We also gave some suggestions to the relevant electronic newsletters offices or the new entrants, and hope a better service might be provided in their future operation. |
