中文摘要 | 西方大哲亞理斯多德曾說:「人是政治的動物」,政治是人與人之間的互動行為與權力的交換;中國先秦的哲人對於「治人」與「治於人」,或稱「領導人」與「被領導者」二者之間的探討,雖不是像「道德哲學」之命題為各家所重視,但是將「道德」與「政治」作一有意義的聯結,卻是儒家與法家所共同關注之焦點,而最後發展的結果卻是南轅北轍,互為衝突。可是有趣的是,作為一個領導者卻又經常是「陽儒陰法」的統治型態。儒家所開出的路是走向德治,君子是領導哲學的實踐理想型態,但是法家卻是強調統治者所要的不是對道德概念與理想的把握,而是治統之術的實踐,對人性充滿著不信任與否定,認為統治者可以藉由統治之術,掌握一切的政治的資源,對人性作無情的摧殘;但是看儒家的論點卻又讓我們對人性燃起信心。從中國傳統哲學的相異及背反的論點,或可提供吾人思考領導哲學的實踐意義。 |
英文摘要 | The well-known philosopher, Aristotle, declaimed that People are political creature. Politics is the interactive behavior and exchange of powers among people. The skills of managing people and being managed by others, or called the styles of leadership or loyalism have been throughout discussed during the ancient Chin Dynasty. The ancient philosophers built a meaningful association between moralism and politics, however, delivered to various and conflicting theories. Ironically, leaders usually take the Fa's (the legalists) philosophy in the name of Ru. (Confucianists). The Ru's philosophy leads to moral leadership; a man of virtue should follow the moral ideology On the contrary, Fa's philosophers believed that leaders should enact the managing ideology, instead of moralism. These Fa's philosophers ignored the humantity and declared that political resources could be owned by only controlling strategies, while Ru's highly valued the humanity. This study discussed the meanings and practices of Chinese philosophy concerning leadership from multifarious points of view. |
