中文摘要 | 本研究以臺灣資訊業廠商為例,探討設計績效評估模式。有關設計在新產品開發所具有的潛在優勢,已有不少先前研究提及,但到目前為止,有關如何制定一套較完整且適宜的設計績效評估模式,在文獻上則仍付諸闕如。有鑑於此,本研究利用五種不同評估績效的途徑:1)目標達成途徑,2)投入/產出途徑,3)質化途徑,4)關鍵選民途徑,及5)競值途徑,探討九家受訪廠商在設計績效指標上的運用情形,並依各指標所採用的頻率,整理出設計績效指標彙總表。此外,本研究結合績效平衡計分卡的理論,建構出一探索性具綜效的設計績效評估模式,提供產業界與學術界對設計績效評估應用與研究作進一步探討的參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to develop a primary model of design performance evaluation for Taiwan's information Firms. Even though the potential advantages of design on new product development have been explored in many prior studies, a complete and appropriate design performance evaluation model is yet to be constructed. Therefore, this study adopted five commonly approaches in performance evaluation, namely 1) goal-attainment approach, 2) input-output approach, 3) strategic-constituency approach, 4) competing value approach, and 5) qualitative approach, and surveyed how they are used in design performance evaluation in a sample of nine representative information firms in Taiwan. Furthermore, based on the data obtained from the survey, this study adopted the Balanced Scorecard theory and developed a primary synthesized model of design performance evaluation. This model, hopefully, would be of useful reference for academic and practice fields to further exploring the issues of design performance evaluation. |
