中文摘要 | 本研究探索從二年制專科轉型為四年制的技術學院,其教學課程相關之論題。作者以行動研究,首先參照當前有關技職教育體系、企業管理,課程規劃之文獻,並與國內一些專家討論,建立基本研究架構;其次以二年制專科專型為四年制技術學院之美和企業管理的人力資源管理學程為例,作較深入的探討。研究顯示,美和在轉型中,已開始拓黃其課程規劃。企業管理系的「人力資源管理」學程已漸成雛型,可供建立其他學程之參考。筆者認為,其他的改變,包括:設立常置持續不斷的檢視系統及引導增強行政人員及學生的參與,均須整合於南個課程規劃的過程,以便成功地面臨臺灣教育文化與系統之不斷挑戰。 |
英文摘要 | This study explores the issues related to the curriculum design in a transitioning Vocational and Technological Educational System at the turn of the century. The author uses an action research approach to review current literature regarding the Vocational and Technological Educational System, Business Administration, and curriculum design. In addition, the author examines a curriculum design project developed by the Business Administration Department in a school transitioning from a of techuslogy, two-year college to a four-year institute. The case study shows that the school has begun the tranistion by broadening its curriculum design. However, additional changes such as instituting an on-going review system and facilitating increased administrative and student participation must still be integrated into the curriculum design process in order to successfully address the continuous challenges of a changing educational culture and system in Taiwan. |
