中文摘要 | 本研究調查之目的在:(1)瞭解美和技術學院專科學生的性知識狀況,(2)探討不同的性別、年級、科別、性知識來源之學生,性知識之差弱。研究對象為屏東盼美和技術學院專科日間部全體學生,以科別及年級做為分層抽樣之架構。各科各年級抽一班,共計5個科抽樣16班,719名學生。 重要研究結果包括:1.性知識來源依序為老師(32.9%)、朋友同學(26.7%)、自己從報章雜誌獲得(11.7%)、自己看書(10.5%),從父母(4.5%)及醫護衛生人員(4.3%)者較少。2.性知識?序為或生理、懷孕及避孕的認知較好;最差的為性病的知識。3.性生理方面以夢遺是一種自然現象、月經的出現代表女性生殖器官的逐漸成熟、處女膜有厚薄,除了性交可能會破裂,跨越、騎車、運動亦可能破裂的答對率較高。4.懷孕方面以男女性只發生一次性交仍有受孕的可能、產兆的認識、懷孕的徵兆等的知識較好。須加強的項目為男性的陰堅沒有進入女性的陰道,女性仍有可能受孕。5.避孕方面有待加強的為口服避孕藥的正確使用法。6.性病方面對愛滋病的知識最好,淋病與梅毒的知識則須加強。7.性別不同會影響性知識,女性性知識優於男性。8.性生理、懷孕、避孕與整體性知識會因就讀年級而有所不同。9.就讀科別會影響性知識。10.性知識來源會影響性知識。 研究建議:(1)針對性知識不正確之處,製作衛教單張,解答學生疑惑,(2)進一步實施性教育介入教學,及(3)著手家庭、學校之兩性輔導工作,以預防本校學生因欠缺正確性知識而產生之問題。 |
英文摘要 | The study was completed with survey. The purpose was to figure out Mei-Ho Institute of Technology students' perspectives of sexual knowledge, and explore the discrepancy of ideas of ideas of sexual knowledge between students in different genders, grades, departments and sources of sexual knowledge. The population was day school students of Mei-Ho Institute of Technology, and selected with stratified sampling based on the department and grade. The survey was proceeded with structured questionnaire for one class per grade per department, and the total subjects were 16 classes and 719 students. The significant results of the research were as follows: 1.Most students obtained sexual knowledge from teachers (32.9%), and the others from friends or classmates (26.7%), newspapers or magazines (11.7%), books (10.5%), parents (4.5%), and medicine or nursing-related members (4.3%). 2.The students' perspective of sexual knowledge in sexual physiology was better than in pregnancy, and also better than in contraception. They know little about venereal disease. 3.The students had better perspective of sexual physiology in knowing nocturnal emissions as a natural phenomenon, menarche as a sign of progressive maturity of female genitalia, the thickness of hymen, which could be ruptured because of striding over, riding or exercise, as well as coitus. 4.The students knew pregnancy well in insemination could happen by coitus only once, the presumptive signs and the signs of pregnancy. Nevertheless, some ideas had to be enhanced, especially for that even the male didn't insert his penis into the female's vagina, it's still possible for the female to be pregnant. 5.Among the students' ideas of contraception, the correct method to take oral contraceptives had to be enhanced. 6.The students still needed to learn about gonorrhea and syphilis in the field of venereal disease, except acquired immune deficiency syndrome, which was the most known about. 7.Genders could affect the perspective of sexual knowledge. The female had better ideas than the male. 8.It's discrepant for sexual physiology, pregnancy, contraception and general knowledge because of the different grades. 9.The department could affect the perspective of sexual knowledge. 10.Different sources of knowledge on sex would affect perspective of sexual knowledge. The results of the research could make the students clear in what they are confusing by health educational pamphlets, as well as get the basic data of the students' sexual knowledge. Further, we can offer the intervention of sexual programs, and guide the students about the bisexual education between family and school for preventing the problems due to deficit of accurate sexual knowledge. |
