中文摘要 | 資訊素養是培育國民具備覺知資訊需求,並且備檢索資訊、運用資訊、整合與利用資訊,以解決問題的能力。公共圖書館館員從事資訊素養的活動,乃是偏向教學服務導向的服務。館員不但應深入了解讀者的資訊需求,協助讀者運用館藏資源建構知識體系,也應主動告知讀者解決資訊問題的方法及策略。最終目標乃使讀者能擁有如專業館員的資訊能力,能獨立分析資訊的需求,透過有系統的資訊查詢,解決讀者個人的資訊問題。 |
英文摘要 | Information literacy is the ability to find, evaluate and use information effectively. Public librarians who involve in information literacy program, which is an instruction-oriented service, not only have to understand readers' information needs, but also help them to construct knowledge map through the utilization of library collections and learning problem-solving strategies. The final teaching goals of information literacy program are to enable readers to have the information skills as well as professional librarian, to empower reader to analyze information problem independently, and to search information to solve problems effectively as well. |
