中文摘要 | 繞射光學元件(DOE),近來應用日漸廣泛,可應用於DVD讀寫頭,及光束整型、光束分離等。本文設計一光完全穿透而僅改變光波相位的純相位元件,採取疊代傅立業轉換法(Iterative Foourier Transform algorithm, IFT),並採用步階量化的方式來產生二維的DOE元件。最後結合Pnoise法及二階段IFT法,對成像品質再做改善,其繞射效率(η₀)、動態範圍(DR)、訊號雜訊比(SNR)分別為75.43%、48.72%、2.39。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, diffractive optical elements (DOE) have been applied to various aspects, such as the pick-up head of DVD, beam shaping and beam dividing, etc. We design a two-dimension phase-only DOE by using IFT and step quantization algorithm. Performance of our design can be evaluated by diffraction efficiency (η₀), dynamic range (DR) and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Finally, we combine Pnoise and two-stage IFT algorithms to improve the diffraction pattern. The results of diffraction efficiency, dynamic range, and signal to noise are 75.43%, 48.72%, and 2.39, respectively. |
