中文摘要 | 本研究對一新型合磷環氧樹脂:雙─(環氧丙烷基)─苯基─氧化磷 (Bis-glycidylphenyl phosphine oxide,BGPPO)在工業產品應用上作一評估。BGPPO在合成 時,經管柱層析純化約可得到65﹪的產率,其他為單邊環氧基開環之副產物。部份開環副 產物的存在會提高BGPPO的硬化反應活性、降低硬化環氧樹脂的玻璃轉移溫度,而對於硬 化環氧樹脂的熱安定性與難燃特性則無影響。研究結果顯示,含有部份開環副產物的 BGPPO可直接使用於難燃環氧樹脂作為無鹵化之反應型難燃劑,此BGPPO在合成後可不經 管柱層析而直接使用,具有相當好的工業化利基。 |
英文摘要 | The synthesis of phosphorus-containing epoxy, bis (glycidyl) phenylphosphine oxide (BGPPO), shows a 65% yield after being purified by column chromatography. The byproduct was determined to be BGPPO analogue having an opened epoxy ring (PR-BGPPO). While comparing with pure BGPPO, the epoxy with PR-BGPPO was found to exhibit relatively high reactivity in curing reaction, and to result in cured epoxy resins with low glass transition temperatures. On the other hand, the thermal stability and flame retardant efficiency of the epoxy resins based on BGPPO containing PR-BGPPO was found to be similar with that of resins based on pure BGPPO. It was demonstrated in this study that the synthesized BGPPO without column chromatography purification (BGPPO/PR-BGPPO) could be utilized as the reactive flame retardant for halogen-free epoxy resins. |
