中文摘要 | 臺灣婦女在就業與晉升為企業中高層主管的案例有逐漸增加之趨勢,而其建立個人事業所歷經的就業選擇行為可以類比為一位消費者的消費選擇行為,本研究針對我國高科技產業中高層女性主管,分別以質化與量化的分析方式認定出可資影響其就業選擇路徑的因子及其影響方向,提供一開創性之研究。首先藉由質化訪談結果對照消費者行為模型可以有效地捕捉高科技中高階女主管的就業與事業選擇行為,隱含企業可以提供職業訊息與加深女性對產業的正確信念,藉以提高女性選擇高科技產業為其職業的意願,進而增加她們實際從事該職業與日後工作滿意的機會。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the career developmental prcess of middle-to-high level female managers in Taiwan's high tech industries. The career choosing process is comparable to that of a consumer purchasing a good or service. This assertion is confirmed by the samples from high-tech industries using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. In-depth interviews with female managers reveal the ideas of whether consumer behavior model is suitable for career establishing decision-making process. Furthermore, the quantitative empirical results give researchers an idea of how to manipulate factors to reinforce the influences of factors on the willingness of female employment and becoming managers. These firsthand results provide business and government for creating a better working environment for females. |
