中文摘要 | 本文提出曲線形模腔之等徑側向擠壓的設計,利用有限元素法進行模擬分析,並與傳統直線形模腔擠壓比較。經研究發現曲線形所需擠壓負荷比較高,但擠壓後工件之最大、平均等效應變及其應變分佈均勻性則皆比直線形佳。而不論利用何種形狀模腔,擠壓負荷及等效應變值皆隨著摩擦加大而增高,但等效應變之均勻分佈性則隨之降低。 |
英文摘要 | The new design of curved channel for the equal-cross section lateral extrusion ahs been presented in this paper. The simulated analysis of this process was made through FEM, and the analysis results were compared with those from traditional straight channel too. Based upon the study, it was found that the value of extrusion load needed in curved channel was higher than that in straight one, but the maximum effective strain, the mean effective strain and the uniformity of the effective strain distribution in the extruded workpiece were higher than those gained from the straight channel. The more friction the channels possess, the more extrusion load and effective strain they need. But on the contrary, the uniform distribution of effective strain in any profiled channels would reduce accordingly. |
