中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解身心障礙青年社區生活品質的現況,並進而詮釋分析身心障礙青年社區生活品質之相關因素。本研究對象為12位居住在臺灣地區,年齡介於16-30足歲,並領有障礙手冊之身心障礙青年。其障礙類別涵蓋視覺障礙、聽覺╱語言障礙、肢體障礙、智能╱多重障礙等四類為主。本研究運用深度訪談法進行資料搜集,透過參與觀察設身處地的瞭解分析歸納受訪者社區生活品質問題,本研究訪談個案資料係採用修正分析歸納法的方式加以分析。本研究藉由描述性分析詮釋與紮根理論將身心障礙青年之社區生活品質歸納為七大範疇加以統整。分別為:社區生活、家庭支持、行動獨立、金錢使用、休閒娛樂、社區參與暨社交關係,以及生涯規劃與期待。此外,本研究並進一步提出相關的改善建議。 |
英文摘要 | This research examined the community quality-of-life outcomes and issues for youth with disabilities in Taiwan through qualitative inquiry. Intense participatory interviews and thick interpretation on community quality of life with 12 youth with disabilities were conducted and employed. Seven areas that related to community quality-of-life outcomes were determined by descriptive analytical synthesis and grounded theory. There are community living, family support of individuals with disabilities, interaction between their parents and siblings, mobility, management of money, recreation and leisure, community network and social relationship, as well as career planning and future expectation. Recommendations are offered concerning the implications of these findings for community development, social welfare, career education, transition services, and further research. |
