中文摘要 | 根據經濟部ITIS計畫「鍛造品產業趨勢分析專題報告」,我國最大宗的鍛造品為螺絲、螺帽鍛件,約佔國內鍛件年產量100餘萬噸中的60%。再其次為手工具與運輸工具零組件,年產量近40萬噸,產值達250億元左右。代表性產品為 (1)自行車零件(鋁)、(2)汽、機車引擎及傳動零件(鋼鐵)。 然而隨著經濟自由化所面臨全世界的競爭,以及國內土地、原料成本高昂,研發、技術人員短缺與培訓不易等因素,如何提昇國內廠商競爭能力以快速適應劇變中的市場變化,是真正能使企業永續經營的不二法門。 電腦輔助模擬成形技術可以協助廠商加速新產品開發時程、減少實際開、試模花費或是改善現有製程等優點。目前在材料做大量變形的塑性成形模擬軟體中,已知的有DEFORM、ABAQUS、DYNA、FORGE、Auto Forge、Super Forge等,其中的ABAQUS、Auto Forge、Super Forge已於2000年整合成MARC公司旗下一套金屬塑流模擬軟體。而其中以DEFORM可說是目前世界上最廣為使用的鍛造製程模擬分析軟體,尤其是美國與日本有相當多的廠家導入,並作為該公司在開發設計中必備的流程。國內業者也逐漸重視,並開始嘗試導入此電腦輔助模擬成形技術,以作為產品設計開發與製程改善的重要工具。本文將以DEFORM作為工具,介紹其在汽車傳動軸組件開發上的應用。 |
英文摘要 | The competition of local forging industry is worldwide, especially after Taiwan becomes one of the WTO members. The local forging manufacturers gradually lose their competition edge due to high cost of land and material as well as lack of R&D engineers. To improve the R&D capability, CAE is one of methods to rapidly accumulate R&D experience. Among the forming simulation software, DEFORM is widely applied in the States and Japan. In Taiwan, many forging shops adopt DEFORM as a tool to improve and design the forging process since 1999. The DEFORM forming simulation software is introduced in this paper with three simulation cases which one is the crank of motorcycle, another is the TJ of the driveshaft and the other is the BJ of the driveshaft. From these three cases, the advantage of applying DEFORM software is vividly demonstrated. |
