中文摘要 | 本研究是以實驗方法探討衝擊彎曲管道內,噴流加上橫風效應,對平滑╱粗糙的熱傳特性及差異。考慮五種不同噴嘴排列(型A,B,C,D,E)之噴流組合下的衝擊冷卻熱傳問題。測試區的範圍為10mm×200mm,噴流雷諾數在4000~13000,轉數0~1000rpm,旋轉數為0~0.0013,管道曲率半徑為150mm,壁邊條件為均勻熱通量15300(w/m2)。阻塊高度為10mm,寬度為3mm,高度為1.5mm,阻塊間距與阻塊高度比為6.67。結論呈現出多重圓噴嘴排列對衝擊熱傳之影響,以E型式的多重排列方式熱傳增強效果最佳。並發現粗糙面造成紐塞數值增加20%,旋轉產生科氏力與離心力的影響,使得紐塞數值下降10%。此結果與先前學者之研究十分一致。 |
英文摘要 | Impingement cooling was studied on a rotating ribbed square duct with crossflow effect from five different multi-arrays of air jets (termed as type A, B , C ,D and E) and at rotational speeds of 400 and 1000 rpm. The jet impinged on ribbed surface in crossflow having repeated rectangular ribs (1.5×3 mm) with transverse flow of the spent air. The rib height (e) was fixed at 1.5 mm and pitch-to-height ratio (p/e) kept at 6.67. The study covered jet Reynolds number 4000 to 13000 and the jet rotation number was varied from 0 to 0.0013, respectively. Results are presented and focused on the effect of multi-row of circular jet arrangements. Significant heat transfer enhancement was fund for Type E multi-row configuration and within the ranges of operating parameters considered in the study. However, the presence of roughness results in small improvement (up to 20%) from inlet to exit of the test channel in heat transfer coefficient. However, rotation induced Coriolis and centrifuged forces decreased the Nusselt number values abut 10% which is quite coincided with those of previous studies. |
