中文摘要 | 本文旨在以水工模型試驗探討大潭火力發電計畫進出水口防波堤之斷面設計安定性 與溫祭水擴散情況,以及進出水口防波堤與導流堤構築後對鄰近海岸地形變遷之景響。其中 所面設計安定瓦否直接關係到電廠運轉過程之取、排水能否順暢,?溫排水擴散及地形變遷 則與週遭海域環境生態息息相關。斷面安定試驗以1/36縮尺褣行試驗;溫排水擴散試縮尺為 1/100水平垂直等比;海岸地形變遷試驗是以水平性相當良好,溫排水在距放流口500公尺處 之表面水溫升亦在環保署規定放流水標準之容許溫升(4℃)之內,而在海岸地形變遷部分, 進水口南側在NNE方向季風波浪長期作用下平均將產生1公尺之刷沖,而在進水口堤頭附近 則可能產生淤積。 |
英文摘要 | The objective or this paper is to investigate the stability of the breakwaters and the outfall jetty, the thermal diffusion and the possible impact on the neighboring coastal morphology by the Da-Tan power plant under construction. Three types of hydraulic modelling tests were designed and preformed with model scale of 1/36for the breakwater stability tests, 1/100 for the thermal diffusion tests and 1/400 in horizon, and 1/100 in vertical for the morphological change tests. The test results show that all the breakwaters are under stable condition after a series of wave actions. The temperature rise on the 500 meters radius is less than 4℃, within that prescribed by the EPA. South to the intake breakwaters, there will be a one meter depth ersion under NNE monsoon waves of long duration. On the other hand, an accumulation will occur just next to the mouth of the intake breakwaters. |
