中文摘要 | 本文旨在以HSDA高速燃燒分析系統,評估不同燃料對渦輪增壓柴引擎噴霧與燃燒特性之影響。同時建立實驗模擬裝置與分析系統,以利同步評估燃料之實際噴霧現象對渦輪增壓柴油引擎燃燒特性之影響。本實驗採用之微電腦輔助數值取樣系統--高速燃燒分析儀,可藉由燃燒特性分析軟體之可擴充性,配合自行設計之硬體,方便有效的完成自動取樣量測分析。噴霧實驗以雷射粒徑分析儀與高速攝影觀測燃料噴霧尖端貫穿距離、噴霧角與噴霧粒徑大小分布等噴霧特性;並在引擎穩定運轉同時,進行燃燒特性評估與廢氣排放量的量測。本文除以柴油為基礎油作測試外,另以摻水乳化燃料作為實驗裝置分析用油料作比較。結果證實本同步模擬裝置與 HSDA 分析系統可快速有效的全面評估燃料本身效益,作為新配方燃料之先導研發參考設備,符合自動與彈性化要求。 |
英文摘要 | A microcomputer-based data acquisition system--High Speed Digital Analyzer (HSDA) with experimental simulator was developed to investigate the effects of fuel spray on turbo charge D.I. engine combustion characteristics. The software and hardware were designed to access data automatically according to external or internal timing, then followed by fast data processing and optional output of results. Spray angle and spray tip penetration were investigated photographically, a laser diffraction method was used for measuring the droplet size distribution (SMD). Steady tests were conducted by measuring combustion pressure, NO�X, smoke, CO, HC and fuel comsumption rate (BSFC) using water to diesel emulsion. The results show that this HSDA system may provide a pretest method for the quality control of potential fuels effectively and fit the needs of dynamic systems. |
