中文摘要 | 本研究以裝匣法對鐵鋁基合金進行滲鉻改質處理,並利用電化學極化曲線分析,評估滲鉻處理對合金抗水溶液腐蝕之效果。經實驗結果顯示,滲鉻組織為Cr-Fe合金固溶相,經鈍化處理者會包含Cr�烙�做硎c。滲鉻處理試片無法承受 1NH�特O�盛j酸腐蝕,所以滲鉻改質層需再經鈍化處理後,才能得到防蝕率極佳之氧化膜。裝匣滲鉻處理8小時即可得較緻密滲鉻層,再經鈍化處理即可有良好防蝕性,但須避免氧化膜還原。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to examine the diffusion process and the properties of chromizing of several Fe-Al based alloys by a pack segmentation method. Microscopic observations revealed signs of entrapment of the pack particles around the interface of base metal and the coated layer indicating that the chromized layer grew unevenly from the surface of base metal toward the packed powders. The structure of chromized layer on the Fe-Al based alloys was identified as chromium rich solid solution. The hardness of chromized layer is lower than that of Fe-Al based alloy. Electrochemical polarization characterization of chromized Fe-Al based alloys shows a relatively high corrosion rate than those without chromization in 1N H�特O�� solution. The corrosion rate of those chromized alloyed was greatly reduced by a passivation treatment for half an hour in a HNO�� solution owing to the formation of chromium oxide. |
