英文摘要 | In the developmental history of tea ceremony, the Yuan Dynasty and the Ming Dynasty are two originality stage. Tea culture, tea making and drinking tea returns simple. Tea culture rises and develops to drink tea fashion because scholars incite. The way of drinking tea becomes to draw tea. To draw tea affects tea set techniques to transform. Tea literature expands vigorous at that time. Not only to create tea writings, tea poetry, tea terms, and tea type but also to profuse tea art contents. Write tea books of monograph to be arriving at a higher level at the Ming Dynasty. Tea ceremony is valuable deposits of the Chinese nation. To face these precious, profuse culture looks, the author desires to expound drinking tea culture deeply and gives way to let compatriots understand our vast tea culture. |
