英文摘要 | Life-long learning enables teachers to confront with educational reform. In-service teacher education provides teachers eith life-long learning opportunities. Therefore, in-service teacher education is the necessity of implemienting the new 1-9 curriculum guidelines successfully. However. the in-service teacher educstion in our country had been criticized as uselessness. One of the major reasons is that the importance of needs assessment has been ignored. As a result, designers of inservice teacher education should put the needs assessment stage in focus if the successful implementation of the new 1-9 curriculum guidelines is expected. |
