中文摘要 | 二十二頭泌乳牛在產後11~15天逢機分配至處理組與對照組,觀察在 合成助孕素(CIDR)埋置9天後,以激性腺素釋放素(GnRH)誘發排卵,對卵巢內 濾泡發育、內泌素分泌與動情週期建立的相關性。所有牛隻均在處理組牛隻CIDR 取出後48小時注射100μg GnRH(im),並自頸靜脈以15分鐘間隔連續採血6小 時,供分析血清中排卵素(LH)濃度。另由GnRH注射當天(d 0)開始,每隔兩天一 次,總共28天,抽取血樣分析助孕酮(P4)的濃度。發情觀察則在CIDR取出後連 續進行7天。預先埋置CIDR並未增加牛隻發情比例,但處理組牛隻有較佳的排 卵反應(P<0.05),同時自試驗開始至發情(P<0.05)或排卵(P<0.01)的間距,均較 對照組為短。CIDR處理牛隻的黃體期平均為15天;未經CIDR處理牛隻則只有 12.8天,可能因產後卵巢功能未完全恢復,以致黃體期偏短。CIDR處理使得LH 的脈衝頻率(pulse frequency)、脈衝幅度(pulse amplitude)與LH高峰值有較高趨 勢,但均未達顯著水準(P>0.05),只有LH濃度增加了1.5 ng╱ml,反應到後續 卵巢功能方面,則是處理組優勢濾泡(dominant follicle)的濾泡數有減少趨勢,尤 其是第22天(2.3 vs 2.9,P<0.02)。而在濾泡第15天(16.2 vs 23.2 mm,P<0.09)。 合成助孕素的預先埋置不易在動物間產生一致的效應。但似乎有調節卵巢功能, 促進動情週期即早建立的作用。 |
英文摘要 | Twenty-two d 11 to d 15 postpartum dairy cows were randomly assigned to either control or treatment group. The purpose of this study was to investigate the interrelationship among ovarian follicle development, endocrine hormone secretion and the establishment of estrous cycle after implanting CIDR for 9 days and then inducing ovulation with GnRH. 48 hours after removing CIDR, all cows were given 100μg GnRH(im) and blood was collected at 15 min intervals for 6 hours. The serum samples were used for LH analysis. Blood samples were also collected every other day for 28 days for progesterone analysis. Estrus was observed for 7 days after removing CIDR. Incidences of estrus did not increase in cows pretreated with CIDR but the treatment group responded better on ovulation (P<0.05), however, the treatment group had a shorter interval from the beginning of the study to estrus (P<0.05) or ovulation (P<0.01). The length of luteal phase of the CIDR treated group was 15 days, which was longer than the control group (12.8 days). CIDR treatment had the tendency to increase LH pulse frequency, LH pulse amplitued and LH peak magnitude. The average LH concentration increased 1.5 ng/ml. These findings may have impact on the subsequent ovarian function, and the treatment group had fewer dominant follicles, especially on d22 (2.3 vs 2.9, P<0.02) than the control group. The size of the dominant follicle, on the other hand, increased more slowly in the control group than in the CIDR group, where the main difference was on d 15(16.2 vs 23.2 mm, P<0.09). Although there were no consistent results among animals treated with CIDR, it may play a role on the regulation of ovarian function and hasten the establishment of estrous cycle. |
