中文摘要 | 探討肢體動作如何控制的研究中,有些研究分支特別專注在運動過程中,因周圍神經系統、脊髓神經內徑路時與中央神經系統的交互影響而產生的運動神經元徵召現象與激發頻率調節;為了測量這些運動神經元的行為,經常需要使用表面肌電電極,然而表面肌電電極所收集的訊號為眾多運動神經元電位的重疊加成,其複雜的波形使暸解肌電訊號所隱含的生理意義更加困難;經由數學模式的驗證與表面肌電圖生成的電腦模擬,使用表面肌電訊號頻譜分析,以探討運動過程中運動神經元的行為變化,特別是徵召現象與活化頻率調節,實有相當的可能性與發展空間。本文針對表面肌電訊號頻譜分析在神經肌肉控制的應用做介紹,內容涵括:1.表面肌電訊號產生的理論基礎;2.表面肌電訊號頻譜分析在運動神經元行為研究的應用;3.表面肌電訊號頻譜分析的挑戰與趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | The field of motor control is concerned with understanding how movements are regulated. A subset of the field is particularly interested in the behaviors of motoneurons whose recruitment pattern and rate modulation are conditioned by peripheral, intra-segmental as well as supraspinal contributions during movement. The behaviors of a motoneurons are frequently studied by observing surface electromyography (SEMG). However, a major problem is interpretation of its complex waveforms resulting from superposition of a number of the motor unit action potentials (MUAPs). This complexity necessitates computer simulation and development of mathematical models for understanding of SEMG generation. In support of many theoretical work, SEMG spectral analysis has offered the promise of a window into the inspection of the motor unit behaviors, both recruitment pattern and rate modulation. The current article addresses three major issues regarding to the application of SEMG spectral analysis, including (1) theoretical work of SEMG generation; (2) application of SEMG spectral analysis to the studies of motor unit behaviors; and (3)challenges of the SEMG spectral analysis in the context of neuromotor control. |
