中文摘要 | 油脂截留器為下水道系統中重要之前處理器,我國亦有建築物需裝置油脂截留器 的相關法令。油脂截留器的設計及功能是否健全,是下水道系統通暢與否的關鍵。「油脂截 留器性能測試方法」中國國家標準草案, 其內容實質上係參考日本空氣調和衛生工學會( HASS )之 HASS-217-1991 規範而制訂。為探討本 CNS 草案及修正的 HASS-217-1999 規範 應用於臺灣的適用性,本研究以三款改良、但功能互異的截留器針對關鍵的規範測試參數, 如進流污水量和溫度、進流水頭和水位及測試用油脂的種類和溫度等對截留效率的影響,作 系統性的測試。結果顯示,除微量降低油脂溫度對截留效率的影響可忽略不計外,其他測試 參數對截留效率皆有顯著的影響。 本研究亦探討 HASS-217 的油脂含水率、 回收率及每次 / 五次等測試程序。本研究的結論,可為 CNS 草案的重要修正依據。 |
英文摘要 | Oil/grease interceptor, important pretreatment, is legislatively required in public sewage system. The design and function of oil/grease interceptor are essential to the operation of the system. Testing method for oil/grease interceptors, a draft standard of CNS, practically referred the Standard HASS-217-1991 of Japan in great detail. In order to tailored-fit this draft standard to local environment, several fundamental factors that significantly influence the performance of oil/grease interceptors were investigated experimentally. Based on three types of well-developed grease interceptors, various parameters, such as types of testing medias, head of inlet pipe, drainage flow rate of interceptor and drainage temperature were tested against the efficiency of interception. It was found that they all affected the efficiency of interception, but the mild reduction of frozen point of lard. The procedure of the Standard HASS-217, such as skimming increment and duration of test, were also performed in the study. As a result, some adjustments were proposed to the amendment of the draft standard of CNS. |
