中文摘要 | 本文主要在研究碳鍍層光纖中碳鍍層厚度的最佳化設計。利用電漿輔助化學氣相沈積法製造14組不同厚度的光纖,經過膜厚量測及鍍膜結構分析後,將14組試片靜置於液態氮中一天。然後利用光學顯微鏡觀察碳鍍層表面的裂縫狀況,可得14組試片中最佳的碳鍍層厚度為255nm。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates the optimal carbon thickness of carbon-coated optical fibers. Fourteen samples of carbon-coated optical fibers with different thickness were fabricated by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method. After examining the thickness and structure of carbon coatings, the carbon- coated optical fibers were observed by optical microscope, and we found that the optimal thickness of carbon coating in these fourteen samples is 255nm. |
