中文摘要 | 本研究之目的乃以青割狼尾草為研究對象,為了解青割狼尾草莖細斷時的剪切能,使用一衝擊式的剪切裝置,模擬青割狼尾草莖在細斷時的剪切狀態,改變青割狼尾草莖的含水率、不同的剪切刀刃及角度與刀刃承座間隙,試驗量測並計算出其單位面積剪切能,以做為青割狼尾草收穫機剪切能量設計之參考依據。由試驗資料及分析結果可得到以下幾點結論;青割狼尾草莖的剪切能隨草莖直徑的增加而提高,而青割狼尾草莖的單位面積剪切能隨含水率的增加而減少,青割狼尾草莖在含水率86.43%,刀刃角度17°條件下,0.9 mm的刀刃與承座間間隙有較小的單位面積剪切能,且在含水率86.43%,刀刃與承座間間隙0.9 mm條件下,青割狼尾草莖的單位面積剪切能I (kg-cm/cm²)對刀刃角度a(°)之關係為;I=14.34Ln(a)-20.19,R²=0.897。 |
英文摘要 | A shear energy device is designed for simulating and understanding the shear energy of forage napier grass in this study. The purpose is to obtain some reference parameters for the real cutting machine of forage napier grass. The parameters include the moisture content, the knife angle, and the gap between the seats. The measurement of shear energy per unit area is the main criterion for this experiment. The output show that the shear energy increases as the diameter of forage napier grass increase, and the shear energy deceases as the moisture content increases. At 86.43% moisture content, the optimal gap is 0.9mm, the experience formula is I=14.34Ln(a)120.19, R²=0.897, where I (kg-cm/cm²) is the coefficient of determination. |
