| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在嘗試制定一套指標,以衡量進行團隊教學的非母語教師與擔任助手的外語助理教師(ALT,Assistant Language Teacher)之間的同僚性。所謂同僚性係指教師之間協同合作的關係概念,過去對同僚性的指標及相關調查多針對學校現場的教師進行。然而至今卻仍未見到針對非母語教師與ALT的職場,特別是團隊教學中之指標的相關研究。因此,本研究嘗試建立此類指標,並對其進行調查。為了制定指標,本研究首先探討了過去有關同僚性之研究,並從中提取出在外語教育中進行團隊教學時,教師間重要的22項相互作用。接著,以在臺灣的日本語教育現場擔任過ALT的人為對象施測問卷,針對指標之有效性進行調查。結果顯示,高比例的受調者認為,本研究制定的指標在衡量非母語教師與ALT之間的同僚性時,能有效運作。而本研究於歸結ALT經驗者對指標的建議後,對指標項目進行了再次檢討,並引入了新的視角,進而使指標的客觀性得到進一步提升。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study aimed to develop an index to evaluate collegiality between non-native teachers and Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) engaged in team teaching. Collegiality refers to cooperative professional relationships among educators. While previous research has focused on traditional school settings, indicators specific to the dynamics between non-native teachers and ALTs in team teaching are lacking. This study addresses this gap by constructing relevant indicators and evaluating their effectiveness. To develop these indicators, existing research on collegiality was reviewed, leading to the identification of 22 key aspects of teacher interaction critical for effective foreign language team teaching. A survey was then conducted with individuals who have ALT experience in Japanese language education in Taiwan to assess the proposed indicators' applicability and validity. The results showed that most respondents affirmed the indicators' efficacy. Based on feedback from experienced ALTs, additional refinements were made, incorporating new perspectives and enhancing the index's comprehensiveness and objectivity. |
