中文摘要 | 品質屋量化,係指將原來以符號表示各變項關係強弱之矩陣結構給予數量化,將 定性的符號以計量性的數值關係來取代,以分析需求屬性顧客聲音(VOC)的權重,並求算各技 術特性工程聲音(VOE)的重要度或對VOC的貢獻度,以便分配資源進行重點管理。一般品質屋 量化的工作可分成VOC權重的計算和VOE關鍵技術的評價兩部份。 在實務情形中,顧客需求屬性與工程技術特性是一多元空間,且存在高度之不確定性, 本研究首先引用模糊AHP的觀念以降低傳統AHP的高敏感性;其次應用模糊數學中之語意量化 隸屬函數取代傳統單值評價法,構建一個模糊品質屋(FHOQ)量化之評估方法,並以一文獻個 案與現有方法進行比較分析,了解其間的差異與本模式之適用性。研究結果顯示本研究所推 導的FHOQ方法,可展現貢獻程度的模糊資訊,較現有方法更有彈性與合理化的得到顧客需求 屬性權重及技術特性重要度的排序值。 |
英文摘要 | Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a planning methodology for translating customer needs into appropriate product feature in the R&D life cycle. In QFD operation, relationship matrices as the house of quality (HOQ) are used to describe the relations between different customer needs, between different design requirements and between customer needs and design requirements. Traditionally, these relations are expressed using linguistic or crisp variables. Linguistic variables are characterized by ambiguity and multiplicity of meaning. To fully automate the laborious manual QFD operation, the ability to interpret the semantic of the linguistic variables has become necessary. In this paper, an approach centered on the application of fuzzy set arithmetic has been developed to address the ambiguity. Details of the approach and the framework of a fuzzy House of Quality (FHOQ) quantifying will be presented, and an example is used to illustrate the approach developed. |
