中文摘要 | 本篇論文提出利用開關操作重組之方式,使饋線之輸送能源可重新予以規劃配置,以使饋線損失能達最小。且經由本文所提出之方法不僅可使輸電損失最小,亦可使負載分配趨於平衡。為了求得一全新之配線網路,本文提出利用模糊理論之觀念,以處理開關重組問題之限制條件,且利用本文所提出之方法將大大的減少求解問題時所需之計算工作。為了驗證本文所提方法之可行性,本文利用臺電配電系統作為測試案例,而由結果發現本文所提之方法確實有效且可行。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a feeder energy plan to minimize energy losses by switching operations. Through the proposed approach, a new network configuration is obtained where load balance and loss reduction can be achieved at the same time. To get the new network, a fuzzy set model is developed. The problem is formulated as a constrained fuzzy operation for minimizing real power losses. This algorithm greatly reduces the effort of resolving the problem via an exhaustive search. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by conducting a feeder switch plan on a distribution system of Taipower Company (TPC). It is found that the desired switching operations can be reached in a very efficient manner by using the algorithm. |
