中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是探討如何將目標設定理論運用在體育教學指導,並期 望能在體育運動領域中,舉凡體育課教學、運動代表隊訓練,提供學習者更能有 效的提昇運動表現與學習動機。本研究主要內容包括:目標設定理論的介紹(目標 的性質、目標難度、目標接受、目標來源、回饋方式)、目標設定理論在體育教 學上的指導方向、目標設定理論在體育教學領域的應用等三大方向。目標設定可 以提昇個體對自我認知和自我能力的瞭解。從體育教學中,目標設定的實施,更 可使學習者獲得對自我能力的肯定,這將可達到真正體育教學的目的。所以體育 教師瞭解目標設定理論,對其在指導一個班級的心理層面是非常有用的。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to determine how to apply the Goal Setting Theory tophysical education teaching; in hope to utilize the findings to improve students' performancesand self-motivation in all areas of athleticism. The main topics of this study includes:introduction of "Goal Setting Theory", how to apply the "Goal Setting Theory" in fields ofphysical education. Making individuals to set goals will encourage them to better self-evaluateand self-assess. By setting goals during physical education process, it could make eachindividual student approve of their own abilities, which is the true purpose behind physicaleducation teaching. Therefore, it is critical for teachers to understand the importance of goalsetting theory since it will become useful when assisting students' psychological paths. |
