| 中文摘要 | 蒐集毛豆種源54個品(系),調查植株性狀並分析葉片與豆莢葉綠素含量不及鮮毛豆的蔗糖與麩氨酸(glutamic acid)含量。試驗結果顯示葉片葉綠素含量與SPAD-502讀值之間的r值達0.93,可做為測定毛豆葉片葉綠素含量高低的工具。毛豆豆莢較硬,其葉綠素含量的測定較葉片困難,豆莢葉綠素含量在0.4mg/dm2至2.0 mg/dm2,亦就是葉綠素計(chlorophyll meter SPAD-502, Minolta Camera Co.)讀值在5至25之間,可採用SPAD-502簡化豆莢葉綠素的測定。 品(系)種間鮮毛豆的蔗糖含量或麩氨酸含量均有明顯的差異。鮮毛豆的蔗糖含量在1993年秋作有10個品(系)種比KS3高,在1994年春作有12個品(系)種比KS3高,其中GC84126-7-3-1與GC86012-29-1的蔗糖含量在兩個期作均比KS3高。 毛豆的麩氨酸含舉在1993年秋不KS3最高,在1994年春作則有18個品(系)種比KS3高。蔗糖含量與麩氨酸含量在兩個期作均呈正,鮮毛豆蔗糖含量與其他性狀間的關係則因期作別而異。 |
| 英文摘要 | It is convenient to determine the podwall chlorophyll content of vegetable soybeans by SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter(Minolta Camera Co.). Podwall chlorophyll content from 0.4 mg/dm2,a and SPAD-502 readout value from 5 to 25 was suitable measurement range. The sucrose content and the glutamic acid contents of vegetable soybean seeds are significantly different among 54 varieties. Ten varieties contained higher sucrose content than Kaohsiung No.3(KS3) in the fall crop of 1993, while 12varieties in the spring crop of 1994. Eighteen varieties had higher glutamic acid than Kaohsiung No.3 in the spring crop of 1994, while none in the fall crop of 1993. Preliminary results showed high correlation between sucrose content and glutamic acid content. But, the relationship between the plant characteristics and sucrose content varied with the crop season. |
