中文摘要 | 在匹式醱酵的實驗中,我們將Saccharomyces cerevisiae培養於2%的葡萄糖完全合成培養基中來探討通氣率1、0.3 vvm(每分鐘空氣體積與培養基體積比)、及未通氣之溶氧量對其生理效應的影響;在此實驗中,菌體重、葡萄糖消耗量、和乙醇的產量於通氣組及未通氣組有明顯的差異;而在這3組中的生菌比率?無明顯的差異。由以上的數據,我們計算出在此3組不同通氣量(溶氧量)的實驗中其碳原(葡萄糖)流向乙醇的製造,菌體之合成及細胞生理活性之維持的相對比率都不同;結果顯示在此醱酵實驗中,酵母菌內的丙酮酸去氫?及丙酮酸去羧?的活性的確受到不同通氣量的調控。 |
英文摘要 | Two percent glucose complete synthetic medium was used in bath fermentations to study the effects of oxygen on the physiology of Saccharomyces cerevisiae under 1 vvm, 0.3 vvm, and unareated dissolved oxygen tension with the same seed culture preparation. It was found that the amounts of biomass generation, glucose uptake, and ethanol production were significantly different between the aerated and unaerated fermentations. There was no obvious difference in cell viability among these three experimental groups. However, the relative carbon flow to ethanol production, cell mass and cell maintenance were determined to be significantly different among these three different aeration rates. This indicates that the activity of pyruvate dehydrogenase and pyruvate decarboxylase were regulated by the different dissolved oxygen tensions during the fermentation process. |
