中文摘要 | 本研究目的主要探討脈衝電銲接參數對沃斯田鐵不�袗�銲件角變形之影響。在實驗上,實驗材料選用SUS 304與SUS 310兩種沃斯田鐵型不�袗�,銲接方法採用自生氣護鎢極電弧銲,以平均垂直位移法來量測銲件之角變形。實驗結果顯示較高的脈衝頻率、較大的脈衝間距、較高的振幅比及較高的持續時間比,將可降低不�袗�銲件角變形。本實驗證實脈衝電流銲接比定電流銲接有較小的變形值,推究其原因乃是與熱輸入量的降低有關。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of pulsed GTA welding on the angular distortion in austenitic stainless steel weldment. In this study, autogenous gas tungsten arc welding was applied on type 304 and 310 austenitic stainless steels to produce a bead-on-plate weld. The angular distortion was determined by using Mean Vertical-Displacement Method. The cxperimental results indicated that higher pulse frequency, larger pulse spacing, greater amplitude ratio, and greater duration ratio could reduce the angular distortion of stainless steel weldment. This experiment also found that pulsed current welding (PCW) has a smaller angular distortion than constant current welding (CCW) because a less heat input was induced in the PCW weldment. |
