中文摘要 | 本研究係以聚酯、尼龍 6 等疏水性織物,使用加裝變頻裝置之噴射式液流染色機,調整動力輸出,分析染機運轉時之泵浦頻率、噴壓、流量、速度等控因之相互關係,再以最佳循環時間,選擇適當的控因,研究出新染程動力,對織物加以染色。結果顯示,聚酯、尼龍 6 之疏水性織物, 以研究後之染程動力染色,可達節省動力消耗、降低能源成本之成效。 |
英文摘要 | The focus on PET and Nylon 6 fabric dyeing was investigated by using the adopting changeable frequency equipment on the overflow dyeing machine. Among the energy-saving innovation already adopted for use in dyeing is changing the output power to analyze the pump frequency, nozzle pressure, flow capacity and speed. As a result, the dyeing moved rapidly to find means of dyeing that save energy and costs for textiles. |
