中文摘要 | 染色過程中多餘的動力不僅浪費能源、且對織物布面造成過度沖刷而降低布面之光滑細緻的觸感效果,對於多樣化的品質及製程需求而言,顯然不敷所求,本研究係探討於液流式染色機上加裝變頻器,測量其噴壓、流量、布速之間的相互關孫,進而設計出染棉與聚酯混紡織物染程之最佳動力。 |
英文摘要 | The excess power during the dying process not waste the power source, but also cause the defect of decreasing smooth touching effects which result form the over flush on the surface of the woven. It is male dictory for multiple purpose and versitle process. The present research aims to investigate putting a adaptor of frequency on the dying machine ; then measuring the nozzle pressure, pump flow and the relative relation ships between the velocity of the woven in order to design the most proper power during the dying process of T/C and C. |
