中文摘要 | 本論文為探討家具新產品之開發,並以國內中小型個案家具工廠為例來進行研究分析,對開始開發家具新產品至進入生產販售,每一步驟皆進行分析探討,這些步驟包括:1.根據目前市場需求及工廠設備來決定要開發之產品;2.依照所收集之情報來決定開發的樣式;3.設計新家具產品樣品;4.試製樣品並進行修改;5.計算所需之木料成本;6.計算新產品之總成本並決定販售價格;7.推銷新產品以測試零售商之反應;8.進行量產及銷售。每一步驟再根據分析方法加以進行分析,再選擇最好之方式以符合工廠經營之目標,獲取利潤。 家具是現代人生活中不可缺少之一部份,即使人們現在已進入所謂高科技時代,因此,如何兼顧傳統與未來,以提升家具製造之水準,是將來國內家具製造業者之新挑戰。 |
英文摘要 | The process of developing producing, and selling of new furniture in medium and small factories included eight steps. 1.Developing new product according to the demand of market and the equipment of the factory. 2.Deciding the style of new furniture according to information collected. 3.Designing samples of new product. 4.Producing and revising the samples. 5.Calculating lumber cost. 6.Calculating the total cost and deciding the price of new product. 7.Introducing the new product to the market and asking for comments from retailers. 8.Producing and selling of new product. Finally, analyzing these steps to decide the best way of producing new product could comply with the goal of the manufacturers to make profit. Even it's so-called "high-tech" era, we still can not live without furniture in modern life. Thus, it is a new challenge to get balance between tradition and future to increase the producing level for furniture manufacturers in Taiwan. |
