中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討高工學生技能學習因應策略方式的實際狀況及其與自我學習效能、個人因素、家庭因素和學校因素等變項的關係,研究方法主要透過質的研究,探討學生技能學習變異情況,以分析技能學習因應策略的概念架構,再以量的研究來發展學習領域的適切性模式。經研究分析結果,本研究獲得下列結論:(1)高工學生技能學習方式普遍趨向於正面的態度。(2)在技能因應策略上多數學生乃採取「自我解決問題」及「改變策略」方式來做學習的應因方法。(3)學生自我學習效能及教學環境因素的不同看法對學生技能學習因應策略採用方式有所差異。(4)不同家庭因素對學生技能學習因應策略的看法上沒有差異。(5)自我學習效能、師生關係二個變項可以有效預測學生技能因應策略取向。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the real skill learning conditions in workshops and related factors such as self-study efficiency, and personnel variables for students of vocational school. The methodology included “quality research” to explore skill learning differences that can be used to analyze the research framework as well as to develop questionnaires. Results of data analysis are as follow: (1) Students tend to have positive attitudes to skill learning. (2) Most students are capable of independent work and of adjusting their learning strategies. (3) Ability to do independent work and the learning environment were both significant influences on learning strategies. (4) In term of family factors, there were no significant difference among students in term of skill learning coping strategies. (5) The two variables of ability to do independent work and teacher –student relationships can predict the effectiveness of learning coping strategies. |
